My stay on a pitch

What’s included in my Winter Motorhome package: 

• 2 people
• 1 motorhome or camper van
• Motorhome service area
• Electric hook-up

 What’s included in my Comfort Winter Caravanning package:

• 2 people
• 1 caravan + 1 vehicle
• Motorhome service area
• Electric hook-up

      At additional cost:

• Up to 6 people (adults, children and babies) per pitch
• 5,50 € per animal per day. Pets must be vaccinated and kept on a leash.
• Pitch selection fee 70€ (Book a specific pitch number): €70

Terms of payment, classic rate

• For 3 nights or more: deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay upon booking. The balance on site.
• For 1 or 2 nights, 100% of the cost of the stay upon booking.

Changes to your booking: up to 14 days before your stay for a fee of €50
Cancellation:  up to 30 days before your stay for a fee of €50 + insurance cover + booking fees. Under 30 days, the deposit will be retained.

Check in time: 2 pm / Check out time: 12 noon

My stay in rental accommodation

What’s included in my accommodation: 

• Sheets, duvets and towels
• Cleaning kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, multi-purpose cleaning product)
• Ski rack
• Baby kit – Travel cot and high chair (subject to availability)
• Fondue and raclette machines in your chalet
• 1 Sledge
• Wood for the stove
• 1 parking space

      At additional cost:

• €6 per animal per day. Pets must be vaccinated and kept on a leash.
• End of stay cleaning service (excluding kitchen) : €80
• Accommodation selection fee (book a specific accommodation number) : €70
• Additional parking space: €5,50 per day

Terms of Payment, classic rate

• 30% deposit upon booking, payment of the balance one month before arrival.

Cancellation:  up to 30 days before your stay for a fee of €50 + insurance cover + booking fees. Under 30 days, 100% of the cost.
