The Huttopia group worked on new protocols with hygienists, doctors and quality experts from the SOCOTEC group in order to achieve a certification to ensure the highest hygiene and health and safety standards.<\/p>\n

SOCOTEC is a trusted third party which carries out audits and recommendations and guarantees compliance with our commitments. Cleanliness and hygiene have always been of paramount importance at Huttopia and we will therefore be carrying out reinforced hygiene measures when we re-open our sites.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong>\u00a0Training our teams in the\u00a0protective measures and hygiene protocols<\/strong>\u00a0and providing them with\u00a0protective equipment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong>\u00a0Setting up\u00a0signage<\/strong>\u00a0reminding people of the protective measures and social distancing recommendations as well as\u00a0new circulation systems<\/strong>\u00a0in the public areas of the sites (reception, central lodge, washrooms, etc.).<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong>\u00a0Providing\u00a0hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant, or soap<\/strong>\u00a0for our customers and teams in the main communal areas, and raising people\u2019s awareness about the areas where most contact occurs.<\/p>\n

5.<\/strong>\u00a0Carrying out\u00a0rigorous and meticulous virucidal cleaning<\/strong>\u00a0of the communal areas and washrooms several times a day, and of the accommodation at each change of clients, in accordance with the hygiene plan.<\/p>\n

6.<\/strong>\u00a0Adapting thecheck-in and check-out procedures<\/strong>\u00a0procedures in order to limit the number of people at reception.<\/p>\n

7.<\/strong>\u00a0In the case of symptoms, requesting our employees and customers stay at home. If necessary, we will apply the\u00a0risk management protocol<\/strong>\u00a0in the event of suspected contagion of a client or employee with COVID-19 in accordance with the recommendations of the health authorities.<\/p>\n

Wooden chalets<\/span><\/h2>\n

We have adapted our cleaning procedures to make them more in depth, and we are increasing our\u00a0cleaning teams, who are trained and equipped with gloves, masks and protective eyewear for their work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Systematic disinfection will be carried out both inside and outside the accommodation<\/strong>, particularly of all contact surfaces (worktops, switches, taps, door handles, tables, chairs, dishes, household appliances, fabrics , bedding, etc\u2026) with\u00a0regulatory cleaning products.<\/strong>\u00a0The rental accommodation will be aired throughout the cleaning process.<\/p>\n

We will ask customers to remove their disposable mattress covers and pillow cases themselves, put them in a rubbish bag and place them in the designated rubbish bins.<\/p>\n

Sheets and towels are included.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Communal washrooms<\/span><\/h2>\n

We have closed off facilities that do not allow social distancing to be respected (e.g. adjacent sinks).<\/p>\n

Whenever possible, we have put in place a\u00a0circulation system<\/strong>\u00a0by creating a separate entrance and exit to the building.<\/p>\n

We have increased the\u00a0frequency of cleaning<\/strong>\u00a0from one to three times a day and adapted our cleaning and disinfection procedures.<\/p>\n

We have made it possible for anyone to carry out additional cleaning of any contact surfaces (door handles, taps, shower heads, toilet seats, etc.) using\u00a0disinfectant and paper that we provide.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are informing everyone about the\u00a0hygiene rules that need to be respected<\/strong>, namely:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Respecting preventative measures and wearing masks
\n\u2013 Not standing around in the corridors of the washrooms: if necessary, waiting outside while respecting a social distance of 1 metre.
\n\u2013 For everyone\u2019s safety, upon entering the washrooms, washing your hands with soap or disinfecting them with the hydroalcoholic gel that has been provided.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
